First Czech Stainless Steel Drink Straw. Because an „eco-friendly“ product that has to travel half the world to get to you, is not that eco-friendly.
Why stainless steel?
Modern society produces a horrendous amount of waste in form of disposable plastic. It’s unsustainable! Our goal is to offer eco-friendly alternatives of favourite disposable products; straws being one of them. Apart from actual straw (that would not last very long, we suppose ;-)), straws can generally be made of bamboo, glass or stainless steel.
Why should you choose stainless steel? It doesn’t interfere with the taste of your chosen drink. It doesn’t absorb any liquids or smells. And children can’t bite it off :-)
Do you feel that it would be weird to drink through a piece of metal? Think again. It‘s the same material as cutlery - we suppose you don’t find that weird, do you?
Why THIS Stainless Steel Drink Straw?
It’s made in the Czech Republic (Europe). The entire production is located here in Europe. Our steel is suitable for food and drinks and has been thoroughly tested to make sure it contains no harmful substances.
Short or long?
That depends. Short straw is perfect for children. Or for short drinks. Long straw means long drinks and long summer evenings :-)
CAUTION:
We suppose it’s pretty obvious, but still. Wash the straws thoroughly before you first use them and then after every use. You can wash the straws in the washing machine but always use a cleaning brush as well. The straws are thin and the brush is the only way how to properly clean their insides.
